• Plan, coordinate, and support key governance ceremonies—including ELT meetings, Walk the Wall (WTW), Quarterly Planning, and Quarterly Reviews—to drive execution excellence.
• Assess team performance, outcome alignment, and governance compliance using Outcome Alignment Analysis (OAA), evidence-based decision making, and continuous improvement practices.
• Ensure disciplined governance execution through effective documentation, reporting, platform management, action tracking, and stakeholder communication.
