• This workshop provides a deep and practical understanding of the Agility concept, enabled through the AgilityInsights platform as the central operating tool for execution, alignment, and visibility across the organization.
• It equips participants with the mindset, structure, and hands-on knowledge to successfully enable Agility within teams and across the enterprise.
